Beginner
This 55 minute class is for students (ages 6 and up) who want to focus on floor. We begin by teaching entry level skills and body positions and introduce more complex skills as the student is ready. Physical strength, flexibility, and confidence are key components we strive to instill in this class. This is a great class for those who want to incorporate gymnastic elements into other sports such as cheerleading or martial arts.
Advanced
This 55 minute class is for students (ages 6 and up) who want to focus on floor. An unassisted backhandspring is a prerequisite for this class. If this skill hasn’t been mastered yet, don’t worry. We can help with this in the beginner level tumbling class or in private lessons (more information on private lessons is below). The advanced tumbling class focuses on more complex skills and combinations. This is a great class for those who want to incorporate gymnastic elements into other sports such as cheerleading or martial arts.
Private Lessons
Private Lessons
Private lessons can be arranged by calling the gym. This is a great way to master a skill a student is close to achieving. It can also be a great option for those who want to add gymnastics elements to other sports such as cheerleading or martial arts. Lessons can be scheduled from a half hour to an hour. Availability and rate varies by instructor.
